Cabins are on a request only and are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation. (Cabin category availability is limited and cabins are on a first-come first-served basis.)

Remember if your cabin mate cancels you may have to make a travel insurance claim. (This requires purchase of travel insurance to do so.) Prices are based on 2 in a cabin. Meaning, if your cabin mate cancels and you find a replacement there will be a $50 name change fee as long as one person on the original cabin request is still in the cabin (thus, you both cannot cancel and put Aunt Gert in the cabin for a cabin name change). If your cabin mate cancels and you cannot find yourself another cabin mate, the cruise line (RCCL in this case) will charge YOU for the entire amount of the room (see Single Occupancy rates), unless your cabin mate is a "no show" at the pier. Meaning, they never officially cancelled and they just do not show up. In such cases as a "no show" or any cancellation within 7 days of departure, the result is full penalty (i.e., no refund unless insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation was a covered reason.)

NOTE: NOTE: All 2009 Sea Angels Cruise and Inner Wellness Conference "Package Deal" prices below include the cruise cost (cabin, food, activities and entertainment), taxes, port charges, fuel surcharges (for 1st & 2nd person in cabin), conference fees. a non-refundable administrative fee of $75/person, roundtrip airfare, and pick-up/bus tour/one pre-cruise hotel night in Barcelona if full deposit is made by December 15, 2008. After December 15, 2008, the cost goes up $150 per person and the content of package is subject to change*. Non-Conference Attendees (spouse/partner, child or friend) should deduct $200/per person. Tips onboard (dining room and cabin staff) are not yet included. .

CHILD / ADULT CABIN SHARES WITH 3rd and 4th GUESTS:

I am interested in reserving a Child / Adult cabin share. Please have someone contact me regarding availability. A limited number of child / adult share cabins are available and are on a first-come first-serve basis. All deposit and cancellation terms apply to 3rd and 4th guests sharing a cabin. - See terms below. PLEASE NOTE 3rd & 4th cabins are rare on board, and in high demand. So, if you want a 3/4 cabin, a deposit of $500.00 for a Triple or Quad cabin is required at booking. You would then follow up the next month on the original payment plan. The 3rd and 4th rate is based on inventory control and may change based on availability.

Payment Information

Optional Payment Plan:
To select and guarantee a particular cabin, your full $500/cabin deposit is required at time of booking. However, you can reserve a cabin category with a $250 per person (pp) deposit by December 15, 2008. By doing this, you may take advantage of our payment plan and make payments of $250 per month, payable by the 15th of each month. Your full deposit of $250 per person double occupancy/$500 per cabin is due by December 15, 2008 - which will already be taken care of if you've made your monthly plan payments.

An additional non-refundable deposit of $75/person for the roundtrip airfare is required at time of booking. The remaining airfare balance will be due June 8, 2009.

SAC 2009 CABIN PRICING IS ONLY GUARANTEED UNTIL DECEMBER 15, 2008. After that date, current pricing prevails. The payment plan is an effective way to pay down your cruise a little at a time. Final payment for the package airfare is due June 8, 2009 with the final cruise package remaining balance due June 28, 2009. Simply pay your remaining costs. It will be YOUR responsibility, however, to call in once a month to make your payments or you can sign a credit card form authorizing monthly payments on the 15th of the month. All payments on the payment plan are PER PERSON. Final payment is due June 28, 2009. (After June 8, 2009, the air cost is 100% non-refundable per standard airline procedures.) Cancellations / Penalties:

If you cancel 67 to 30 days prior to sailing - $250/person penalty to Royal Caribbean + 100% of Airfare cost + $75/person Admin. Fee to SAC/Cruise 800.

If you cancel 29 to 8 days prior to sailing - 50% of cost of cruise, port charges and fuel surcharge to Royal Caribbean + 100% of Airfare cost + $75 Admin. Fee to SAC/Cruise 800.

Cancellations made on or after September 4, 2009 and "no-show" = no refund (except government taxes). Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by the guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance (ask Francine for details).
