Cabins are on a request only and are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation. (Cabin category availability is limited and cabins are on a first-come first-served basis.)

Remember if your cabin mate cancels you may have to make a travel insurance claim. Prices are based on 2 in a cabin. Meaning, if your cabin mate cancels and you find a replacement there will be a $50 name change fee as long as one person on the original cabin request is still in the cabin (meaning you both cannot cancel and put Aunt Gert in the cabin for a cabin name change). If your cabin mate cancels and you cannot find yourself another cabin mate, the cruise line (Celebrity in this case) will charge YOU for the entire amount of the room, unless your cabin mate is a "no show" at the pier. Meaning, they never officially cancelled and they just do not show up.

Registration will not be accepted without deposit!

NOTE: All prices below include the cruise cost (cabin, food, activities and entertainment), taxes, port charges, new fuel surcharges (for 1st & 2nd person in cabin), Conference Fees and a non-refundable Administrative Fee of $60/person. Non-Conference Attendees (spouse/partner, child or friend) should deduct $200/per person. Tips onboard (dining room and cabin staff) are not included.

CHILD / ADULT CABIN SHARES WITH 3rd and 4th GUESTS:

I am interested in reserving a Child / Adult cabin share. Please have someone contact me regarding availability. A limited number of child / adult share cabins are available and are on a first-come first-serve basis. All deposit and cancellation terms apply to 3rd and 4th guests sharing a cabin. - See terms below. PLEASE NOTE 3rd & 4th cabins are rare on board, and in high demand. So, if you want a 3/4 cabin, a deposit of $500.00 for a Triple or Quad cabin is required at booking. You would then follow up the next month on the original payment plan. The 3rd and 4th rate is based on inventory control and may change based on availability.

Payment Information

Optional Payment Plan:
To select and guarantee a particular cabin, your full $500/cabin deposit is required at time of booking. However, you can reserve a cabin category with a mere $100 per person (pp) deposit by November 1, 2007. By doing this, you may take advantage of our payment plan and make payments of $100 per month, payable by the 1st of each month. Your full deposit of $250 per person double occupancy/$500 per cabin is due by January 9, 2008 - which will already be taken care of if you've made your monthly plan payments. SAC 2008 CABIN PRICING IS ONLY GUARANTEED UNTIL JANUARY 9, 2008. After that date, current pricing prevails. The payment plan is an effective way to pay down your cruise a little at a time, with the final remaining balance due June 13, 2008. Simply pay your remaining costs. It will be YOUR responsibility, however, to call in once a month to make your payments or you can sign a credit card form authorizing monthly payments on the 1st of the month. All payments on the payment plan are PER PERSON. Final payment is due June 13, 2008.

Cancellations / Penalties:
If you cancel June 20 - July 30, 2008 - $250/person penalty to Royal Caribbean + $60 Admin. Fee to SAC / Cruise 800.

If you cancel July 31 - August 21, 2008 - 50% of cost of cruise, port charges and fuel surcharge to Royal Caribbean + $60 Admin. Fee to SAC / Cruise 800.

Cancellations made after August 21, 2008 and "no-show" = no refund (except government taxes). Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by the guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
