Sea Angels 2008,
Many Sea Angels prefer to fly in the night before we sail and / or even stay over an additional night when the cruise ship returns to port. Nothing is worse than being scheduled to fly into the port's city on the day of departure only to find out your flight's been cancelled or delayed. Avoid unnecessarily stress and fly in the day before so that you can relax, become acclimated to the area and see a bit of Seattle too. Everyone says it's a great city!
For this year's Sea Angels Cruise and Inner Wellness Conference, we have secured a block of rooms for The Sea Angels Group at a discounted rate at the La Quinta Inn Sea-Tac International, 2824 S. 188th St. Seattle, WA 98188 for Thursday night, August 28, 2008 and for Friday night, September 5, 2008.
To book reservations for either or both of these nights under our group, you must call La Quinta's special group reservations number: 1-866-527-1498 and say that you are with The Sea Angels Group. The La Quinta Inn Sea-Tac treats each night as a separate group block and each block has its own particular Confirmation Number. Thus, if you want to book a Double or a King for Thursday, August 28, give them Confirmation No. 0675GRUVKL. If you want to book a room upon our return for Friday, September 5, you will need to use Confirmation No. 0675GROQXT. Don't forget to say that you are with The Sea Angels Group and to give the appropriate confirmation number(s). If you plan to stay both nights, you will need to book under each of the confirmation numbers.
Our discounted rates are as follows:
Two Full Beds Non- Smoking for 1 - 2 people - $109.25 + 12.4% tax
Two Full Beds Non-Smoking for 3 - 4 people - $114.25 + 12.4% tax
King Bed, Non-Smoking for 1 - 2 people - $114.25 + 12.4% tax
All reservation requests for rooms in The Sea Angels Group block must be made by 8/7/08. After this date any unsold rooms will be released and will revert to the normal public pricing.
