Classes are broken into 2 hour increments - please identify how many hours you will need, and title of each class.

Participants will receive certificate of completion from me certification for continuing education units in field.

REQUIRED APPROVAL FORM

The following is absolutely required of each practitioner applying to be approved by Sea Angels and endorsed by them. Even if you have attended and been a reader before. Due to high demand and increased guest capacity, this is absolutely required to maintain the highest standards for our guests. Please not only read each paragraph, but also initial it in the blank provided to indicate you are aware of the information.

1. All those applying to be a reader, consultant, channel, and or medium must submit to at least (3) readings. Sea Angels strives to present only the best available psychics (etc.) This is only required once you have passed the initial stages of the committee and your application is being seriously considered. As we have limited positions open, Sea Angels are seeking the very best possible candidates. Once contacted you will have (3) weeks in which to fulfill the interview audition via phone at a pre-set appointment time. There will be no compensation from Sea Angels for this interview audition, it is merely a part of the selection process. I have read this and agree to it.

2. If chosen as an approved reader (psychic, channel, etc) or healer it is important to note the standards required by Sea Angels.

There are to be no unannounced fees placed on the client once they are in session with you. Although you may price your sessions at your discretion, Sea Angels must request that all sessions be between $25.00-$75.00. Understand that when costs are raised, you may get less requests for sessions. It is a buyers market (including healing practices). Time limit however, is completely up to the practitioner as long as it is agreed with the client in advance. It is the responsibility of the approved reader to schedule, collect and fulfill all obligations toward their clients. If there is a dispute over appointment charges, Sea Angels suggest a refund to your client guest. It is suggested that payment in advance may work for some practitioners to assure guest arrival at their appointment. If this practice is done, Sea Angels suggests a signed appointment sheet, statement, agreement, etc. with the scheduled client to assure no misunderstandings I have read and agree to this.

It is important to leave your clients with a feeling of empowerment. Due to situations in the past, we ask that you refrain from negative readings which can leave your client feeling "gutted". Although it seems to go without saying, for the sake of this agreement the following is not only discouraged, but the reader will be taken off the approved list if the following is reported: "told they are going to die, told family members are going to die, told their spouses are being unfaithful without any validation information, told they were sexually abused as children although they have no memory of it, etc." As I am sure you as a professional are aware of, you can be held legally responsible for all emotional distress you may cause, and we all wish to avoid this. There is a fine line between spiritual council and therapy. Please do not practice therapy if not certified to do so. I have read and agree to this.

All approved readers and healing practitioners will be certified ordained ministers and must produce a copy of their license. I have read and agree to this. If you need this and do not have it already, here is a link via internet that does not charge. (http://www.ulc.org/hq/ )

All healing practitioners and readers will supply all of their own needs including (but not limited to) massage tables, writing supplies, change for money, etc. I have read and understand this.

I understand any compensation is in a form of sponsorship awarded to me by Sea Angels and is noted on the contract. I also understand that I am totally responsible for all other expenses outside of noted sponsorship award including but not limited to: airfare, gratuities, port charges, taxes, and other additional expenses. I understand I cannot solicit business on the ship, from anyone outside of our group, as this is against ship rules. I have read and agree to this.

To those applying to be speakers/presenters: A sense of professionalism is required as you are considered approved by Sea Angels. Please refrain from making negative comments about another's workshops, their character, or their modality. They have undergone the same process as you, and we see them as excellent speakers. If this is reported you will be removed from the workshop schedule and the approved list. I understand there is a morality factor involved with my being a part of Sea Angels presenters, practitioner and healers. I will behave in a manner befitting a health care leader, a spiritual leader, and or a councilor or minister.

I understand while conducting workshops, private sessions, and interactive events with Sea Angels I dress in an appropriate manner befitting my status as a Sea Angels representative. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in forfeiting any compensation and/or discounts given to me I have read and agree to this.

I will not waiver from the workshop that I have proposed to give. If I have agreed to give accreditation in any field or manner, I agree to do so.
